In Daru Baba App, we are dedicated to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy explains how Daru baba ("Daru Baba", "we" or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our mobile application, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.

We may sell subscriptions or merchandise through our Services. When you make purchases through the Services, we process your payments through a third party application, including the Apple App Store, Google play app store, Amazon App store, Social Networking Sites (SNS), and other third party payment processors. The third party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Daru baba, including your name, email address, address and other billing information.
Daru baba maintains the confidentiality of information disclosed during the usage of our products or services. Any information shared with Daru baba is confidential and not shared with anyone, including your organisation. However, there are certain exceptions where confidentiality may be breached.
Know that, except for the reasons outlined above, the Personal Information shared on Daru baba will only be shared with others after you have granted permission orally or by way of email/letter.
The User agrees to indemnify Daru baba for any breach in confidentiality of the User's Personal Information. If the User accesses Daru baba through a third-party platform the User indemnifies Daru baba against any data breaches that occur due to any acts of commission or omission from the third-party platform.
Daru baba does not sell or trade your personal information to third parties unless we provide you with advance notice. This however does not apply to any storage or transfer to and from website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, analysing your data, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Daru baba shall not be liable for any breach in confidentiality, should your email or text messages be accessed by a third-party, with or without your consent.
The platform may contain links to other third party sites. The third party sites are not necessarily under the control of Daru baba. Please note that Daru baba is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the websites and read the privacy policies of each and every third party site that collects Personal Information. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the platform, you do this entirely at your own risk. Any links to any partner websites is the responsibility of the linking party, and Daru baba shall not be responsible for notification of any change in name or location of any information on the websites. Daru baba is not responsible for the use of any Personal Information that you voluntarily disclose through a forum or through the website or other services.
Persons who are "competent/capable" of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be eligible to register for the Application and all Our products or Services. Persons who are minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to register for our products or Services. As a minor if You wish to use Our products or Services, such use shall be made available to You by Your legal guardian or parents, who has agreed to these Terms. In the event a minor utilises the Application/Website/Services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. The Company will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of Our Application or any of Our products or Services that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for the Services/products provided. By using the products or Services You warrant that all the data provided by You is accurate and complete and that student using the Application has obtained the consent of parent/legal guardian (in case of minors). The Company reserves the right to terminate Your subscription and / or refuse to provide You with access to the products or Services if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and the consent to use the products or Services is not made by Your parent/legal guardian or any information provided by You is inaccurate. You acknowledge that the Company does not have the responsibility to ensure that You conform to the aforesaid eligibility criteria. It shall be Your sole responsibility to ensure that You meet the required qualification. Any persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) should seek the consent of their parents/legal guardians before providing any Information about themselves or their parents and other family members on the Application.
Daru baba reserves the right to change or remove any part of the Privacy Policy without notice or liability to you or any third party. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your Personal Information, or in the Privacy Policy, we will notify the same through email/ on the application. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the platform, you can contact Daru baba to discontinue using our platform and deactivate your account if you are registered with us directly. If you are signed up on our platform using a third-party platform or are accessing our services through your employer, then in order to deactivate your account or no longer use our services, you will have to contact the third party platform or your employer.
Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Daru baba has about you and your account. Using the services on the platform or accessing the platform after a notice of change has been sent to you or published on our platform shall constitute your consent to the changed terms.
