This Privacy Policy describes how Techfusion Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Planetary Profits mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information:
  • If you choose to sign in with Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in, we collect your name and email address associated with that account.
  • Your email address is also collected for account management purposes.
• Astrological Information: To provide you with astrology-based investment insights, we collect:
  • Your Name
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Time of Birth
  • Your Place of Birth
  • Your Gender
• Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as app actions used and features accessed, to improve the App and for analytics purposes.
• Location Information: We may collect your device's location (latitude and longitude) for analytics and App improvement purposes. You may be able to control the collection of location information through your device settings.
• Payment Information: When you purchase credit points within the App, all payment processing is handled by third-party service provider RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers). Please refer to RevenueCat's privacy policy for information on their data handling practices.
• Contact Information (Optional): We may collect your contact number if you choose to provide it, but it is not mandatory.
• Automatic Data Collection: Note that we may collect certain information automatically through our services or other methods of web analysis, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, FCM token, Device Id, Model Name, Manufacture of mobile, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, Game Center ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your device when you access the Internet, language, geolocation information, operating system version, Internet service provider, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Services, and other actions taken through the use of the Services such as preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We acquire, hold, use, and process Personal Information about Individuals for a variety of business purposes, including:

• To Provide Products, Services, or Information Requested: We may use information about you to fulfil requests for products, Services, or information, including information about potential or future Services, including:
  • Generally manage Individual information and Accounts
  • Provide access to certain areas, functionalities, and features of Planetary Profits's Services
  • Contact you to answer requests for customer support or technical support
  • Respond to questions, comments, and other requests
• Administrative Purposes: We may use Personal Information about you for administrative purposes, including to:

  • Measure interest in Planetary Profits's Services

  • Communicate about Individual Accounts and activities on our Services and systems, and, in Planetary Profits's discretion, changes to any Planetary Profits policy.

  • Prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities

• Providing Astrological Services: We use your Astrological Information to generate personalized investment insights, portfolio suggestions, and explanations based on astrological principles.
• Account Management: We use your email address to manage your account, including sending notifications and updates.
• App Improvement and Analytics: We use Usage Information and Location Information to understand how users interact with the App, identify areas for improvement, and perform analytics.
• Third-Party Astrological Services: We share your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, and Gender with a third-party service provider to obtain the necessary astrological data and calculations for providing our services. We have agreements in place with this third party to protect your information.
• Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat to process your purchases of credit points.
• Responding to Requests: We use your contact information (email or phone number, if provided) to respond to your inquiries, including account deletion requests and other queries.
• Information Shared with Our Services Providers: We may engage third party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. These third-party services providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf. The types of service providers (processors) to whom we entrust Personal Information include service providers for:
  • (i) provision of IT and related services;
  • (ii) provision of information and services you have requested;
  • (iii) payment processing;
  • (iv) customer service activities; and
  • (v) in connection with the provision of the Site.
  Techfusion Pvt. Ltd. has executed appropriate contracts with the service providers that prohibit them from using or sharing Personal Information except as necessary to perform the contracted services on our behalf or to comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Marketing: Note that we may also share your personal information with our marketing service providers to help us better market our products and services to you. Our marketing service providers may use your Personal Information only for the purpose of helping us better market our products and services to you and are prohibited from transferring your Personal Information to others. If you don't want Planetary Profits to use your information for these purposes, you can opt out by contacting us at techfusionpvt@gmail.com. We may share Personal Information with our business partners, and affiliates for our and our affiliates' internal business purposes or to provide you with a product or service that you have requested. We may also provide Personal Information to business partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. In such cases, our business partner's name will appear, along with Planetary Profits. We require our affiliates and business partners to agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Information they maintain on our behalf and not to use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which Planetary Profits provided them.
• Research and Development: We may use Personal Information to create non identifiable information that we may use alone or in the aggregate with information obtained from other sources, in order to help us to optimally deliver our existing products and Services or develop new products and Services. From time to time, Planetary Profits may perform research (online and offline) via surveys. We may engage third party service providers to conduct such surveys on our behalf. All survey responses are voluntary, and the information collected will be used for research and reporting purposes to help us better serve Individuals by learning more about their needs and the quality of the products and services we provide. The survey responses may be utilised to determine the effectiveness of our Services, various types of communications, advertising campaigns, and/or promotional activities. If an individual participates in a survey, the information given will be used along with that of other study participants. We may share anonymous Individual and aggregate data for research and analysis purposes.
• Direct Mail, Email and Outbound Telemarketing: Individuals who provide us with Personal Information, or whose Personal Information we obtain from third parties, may receive periodic emails, newsletters, mailings, or phone calls from us with information on our or our business partners' products and services or upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest. We offer the option to decline these communications at no cost to the Individual by following the instructions in this Privacy Policy.
• Services via Mobile Devices: From time to time, Planetary Profits may provide Services that are specifically designed to be compatible and used on mobile devices. We will collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use such Services, like a device identifier, user settings, location information, mobile carrier, and the operating system of your device. Mobile versions of our Services may require that users log in with an Account. In such cases, information about use of mobile versions of the Services may be associated with Accounts. In addition, Planetary Profits may enable Individuals to download an application, widget, or other tool that can be used on mobile or other computing devices. Some of these tools may store information on mobile or other devices. These tools may transmit Personal Information to Planetary Profits to enable Individuals to access Accounts and to enable us to track use of these tools. Some of these tools may enable users to email reports and other information from the tool. We may use personal or non-identifiable information transmitted to Planetary Profits to enhance these tools, to develop new tools, for quality improvement and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or in other notices Planetary Profits provides.
• Third-Party Payment Processing: We may sell subscriptions or merchandise through our Services. When you make purchases through the Services, we process your payments through a third party application, including the Apple App Store, Google play app store, Amazon App store, Social Networking Sites (SNS), and other third party payment processors. The third party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Planetary Profits, including your name, email address, address and other billing information.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:

• Third-Party Service Providers:
  • Astrology Services: We share your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, and Gender with a third-party provider to obtain astrological data.
  • Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat to process payments.
  • Analytics: We may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand app usage.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

4. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You can request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by filling out the deletion request form within the App or by contacting us at techfusionpvt@gmail.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.
• Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing your data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. Data Security

We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to safeguard and protect information under our control from unauthorised access, use, and disclosure. When we collect, maintain, access, use, or disclose your Personal Information, we will do so using systems and processes consistent with industry standards in information privacy and security.

In spite of the security measures undertaken by us, we strongly discourage you from posting your Personal Information in forums, threads, comments or any other publicly accessible places on our platform. Planetary Profits shall not be held responsible for use or misuse of any information pertaining to or shared by the User with relation to its services. The User will not hold Planetary Profits accountable for any issue related to data storage and/or security.

It is your responsibility to ensure the privacy and security of your email account and phone messages so they cannot be accessed by third-party. Planetary Profits will use one or both of these channels to communicate with you regarding a range of information related to our products and services. Planetary Profits shall not be liable for any breach in confidentiality, should your email or text messages be accessed by a third-party, with or without your consent.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of [Specify Age, e.g., 18]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. The platform may contain links to other third party sites. The third party sites are not necessarily under the control of Planetary Profits. Please note that Planetary Profits is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the websites and read the privacy policies of each and every third party site that collects Personal Information. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the platform, you do this entirely at your own risk. Any links to any partner websites is the responsibility of the linking party, and Planetary Profits shall not be responsible for notification of any change in name or location of any information on the websites. Planetary Profits is not responsible for the use of any Personal Information that you voluntarily disclose through a forum or through the website or other services.

9. Persons Below The Age of 18

Persons who are "competent/capable" of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be eligible to register for the Application and all Our products or Services. Persons who are minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to register for our products or Services. As a minor if You wish to use Our products or Services, such use shall be made available to You by Your legal guardian or parents, who has agreed to these Terms. In the event a minor utilises the Application/Website/Services, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the legal guardian or parents and such use is made available by the legal guardian or parents. The Company will not be responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of misuse of any kind of Our Application or any of Our products or Services that may occur by virtue of any person including a minor registering for the Services/products provided. By using the products or Services You warrant that all the data provided by You is accurate and complete and that student using the Application has obtained the consent of parent/legal guardian (in case of minors). The Company reserves the right to terminate Your subscription and / or refuse to provide You with access to the products or Services if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and the consent to use the products or Services is not made by Your parent/legal guardian or any information provided by You is inaccurate. You acknowledge that the Company does not have the responsibility to ensure that You conform to the aforesaid eligibility criteria. It shall be Your sole responsibility to ensure that You meet the required qualification. Any persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) should seek the consent of their parents/legal guardians before providing any Information about themselves or their parents and other family members on the Application.

10. Changes To Policy

Techfusion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change or remove any part of the Privacy Policy without notice or liability to you or any third party. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your Personal Information, or in the Privacy Policy, we will notify the same through email/ on the application. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the platform, you can contact Techfusion Pvt. Ltd. to discontinue using our platform and deactivate your account if you are registered with us directly. If you are signed up on our platform using a third-party platform or are accessing our services through your employer, then in order to deactivate your account or no longer use our services, you will have to contact the third party platform or your employer.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Techfusion Pvt. Ltd. has about you and your account. Using the services on the platform or accessing the platform after a notice of change has been sent to you or published on our platform shall constitute your consent to the changed terms.

11. Consent on the collection of Information

Note, that by using the platform, providing us with your personal information, making use of the features provided by the platform or by making a payment to Planetary Profits, you hereby provide your consent to the collection, storage, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that you are providing your Personal Information out of your free will, either directly to Planetary Profits, through a third-party or your organisation. You will also have anoption to withdraw your consent at any point, provided such withdrawal of consent is intimated to us in writing to techfusionpvt@gmail.com. Notwithstanding this, if you are accessing our platform through a third-party or your organisation, you will have an option to withdraw your consent at any point, provided you explicitly inform the third party or your organisation about such withdrawal of consent in writing, who then would inform us to take the appropriate action.

Know that if you do not provide us with your personal information or if you withdraw the consent at any point in time, we shall have the option to not fulfil the purposes for which the said personal information was sought and we may restrict your use of the platform.

12. Confidentiality

Planetary Profits maintains the confidentiality of information disclosed during the usage of our products or services. Any information shared with Planetary Profits is confidential and not shared with anyone, including your organisation. However, there are certain exceptions where confidentiality may be breached.

Know that, except for the reasons outlined above, the Personal Information shared on Planetary Profits will only be shared with others after you have granted permission orally or by way of email/letter.

The User agrees to indemnify Planetary Profits for any breach in confidentiality of the User's Personal Information. If the User accesses Planetary Profits through a third-party platform the User indemnifies Planetary Profits against any data breaches that occur due to any acts of commission or omission from the third-party platform.
